If there is a problem with your order (such as if an item is out of stock) or if we require more information to process your order, you will be contacted by email within 2 business days. Please check your spam folder for this email in case it gets lost. Canadian orders The cost of shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders up to $99 (before taxes). Orders over $99 ship for free! All orders will be shipped within 2 business days using Canada Post Expedited Parcel or ExpressPost. Delivery confirmation and insurance are included with your order. If you would like to see the status of your order, please login to our Order Tracking page using your email and order number. Local Pickup If you are a local customer (within the Niagara Region) you may choose to pick up your order at our location in St. Catharines, Ontario. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a date and time, and we will provide you with our address and directions once this is confirmed. Please check your spam folder, and then contact us if you do not receive an email within 2 business days. I (Lisa) am available to show you how to use your diapers or other products when you pick up your items. I can also show you how to use your baby carrier and you can try it on to ensure it fits properly before taking it home. Come on over! Local Delivery If you live within the Niagara Region, we can deliver your order for a flat rate of $7.99, which will be added to your order at check out. This is the same cost of shipping using Canada Post, however, has the advantage that I (Lisa) can come to your home and show you how to use your diapers or baby carriers if you wish. I am more than happy to help in this way and I really enjoy getting the chance to meet other local moms! US orders The cost of shipping to the US is a flat rate of $9.99. Orders to the United States will be shipped once weekly on Wednesday using USPS or UPS. Your order may be shipped sooner than this. Orders will ship from New York and include delivery confirmation and insurance. Our shipping price is slightly higher for US orders to compensate for my travel and toll fees. I feel that, even though orders ship only once weekly to the US, you will, ultimately, receive your order more quickly this way. International Orders The Cloth Diaper Shop will ship internationally as long as the order can be paid for through PayPal. International orders will be billed separately for actual shipping costs within 1 business day of placing your order. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment for shipping.
