ShippingYou will receive an email receipt confirming your order after it is placed. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, then contact us immediately to ensure you did not enter the wrong email address. If there is a problem with your order (such as if an item is out of stock) or if we require more information to process your order, you will be contacted by email within 2 business days. Please check your spam folder for this email in case it gets lost. Canadian orders
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days using Canada Post Expedited Parcel or ExpressPost. Most orders will ship same or next business day! Delivery confirmation and insurance are included with your order. If you would like to see the status of your order, please login to our Order Tracking page using your email and order number. Local Pickup If you are a local customer (within the Niagara Region) you may choose to pick up your order at our location in St. Catharines, Ontario. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a date and time, and we will provide you with our address and directions once this is confirmed. Please check your spam folder, and then contact us if you do not receive an email within 2 business days. Local DeliveryIf you live within the Niagara Region, we can deliver your order for a flat rate of $8.95, which will be added to your order at check out. This is the same cost of shipping using Canada Post, however, has the advantage that I can come to your home and show you how to use your diapers or baby carriers if you wish. I am more than happy to help in this way and I really enjoy getting the chance to meet other local parents! US ordersThe cost of shipping to the US is a flat rate of $10.95. US orders ship via Canada Post Expedited and include delivery confirmation and insurance. International Orders The Cloth Diaper Shop does not ship outside of Canada and the US at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. |
